Irina Rosenfeldt

Large scale abstract painting. The artwork relies in a perceptive-sensitive experience. A psychedelic and abundant atmosphere with high color saturation generates an unnerving euphoria. However, the paintings show both material and psychological density. A complex imaginary is the result of focusing into botanics. Elements from nature are not shown as such but as pure source of color energy. The artwork su ers a continuous metamorphosis and nourishes from it. She works on concepts such as space, magma, nature, small universes and transformation. However, the paintings are about what they transmit, backed by what you see. A complex world that cannot be absorbed immediately.
